Die junge Werwölfin Elysa ist als kleine Schwester des Alphas der Augapfel ihres Rudels in Rio de Janeiro. Für den Vampirprinzen Týr ändert sich das Leben schlagartig, als er in einem Club seiner Seelengefährtin begegnet und sich auf den ersten Blick bedingungslos in sie verliebt. Leider will weder Elysa etwas Festes, noch würden die Vampire eine Wölfin auf ihrem Thron dulden oder die Werwölfe ihr Nesthäkchen an den Prinzen verlieren wollen. Týr kämpft an allen Fronten um sein Glück und seine Liebe. Er ahnt nicht, dass Morgan seinem Geheimnis längst auf der Spur ist und sich die Schlinge um den Hals der Wolfsprinzessin enger und enger zieht.
