Good but not great
The story is good but lacks a spark or that wow factor. This is a book I could easily put down and I like the series just enough to listen to it all but not to re-read it again at some future point.
Narrator does a pretty good job.

wow!
very good series, but i didn't care for how Johnny got wrote out of the story like a bad character recasting in your favorite t.v. series, and when Rogan got killed i had to look at the title of the book and make sure it didn't say "walking dead!" 😡😠

I'm so glad I got the second book in this series. MS Faith has written a good story with mystery, suspense, romance, action, and lot's of magic. I like where she's heading with this series. Very good story and development. The narrator was fantastic. I know I've listen to her before but under a different name. It hit me out of the blue while listening to this book. Don't hesitate on getting the Audible version you won't be sorry. MS Landon tells the store with emotion and gives the characters voices you will love absolutely love this narrator. Really brought the book to life
