In the aftermath of the war, Virgil embarks on a journey of self-discovery, seeking solace and redemption in the vast landscapes of the American West.

As they traverse treacherous mountains, unforgiving deserts, and bustling cities, Virgil confronts the ghosts of his past and grapples with the weight of his choices. Along the way, he forms unexpected friendships, witnesses acts of kindness and resilience, and discovers a newfound appreciation for the enduring spirit of the human heart.
