Love Pendergast and DeGausta
I like reading/hearing about the twists and turns of Special Agent Pendergast. Great read!

Best so far!
My favorite book in the Pendergast series so far, maybe even better than Relic all though I loved that one as well.

Fast paced! Pendergast at his best!
I'm already hooked on the Pendergast series. Did not understand why all of the negative reviews. Like a roller-coaster full of twist and turns. Good to see characters from prior books return. Still life with crows was the least interesting but at least we get a quick hello from Corrie Swanson from that book (the teenage Goth). Hoping to see her reappear in the next book to join forces with the rest of the gang to help save Pendergast! About to download the next book now!

The brothers relationship is very complex
So many questions remain unanswered as far as the relationship between the brothers Pendergast. However, the issues are coming to a crescendo and one brother has to be prepared to take the life of the other.
