⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This story threatened to melt my kindle - it is so Steamy! By the time I got about halfway through reading it I was squirming. By the end, I couldn't be still, I was so turned on. This is an awesome book if you like steamy with a side of suspense.

Over the top, but interesting plot

Interesting storyline. The virtual reader wasn’t bad, actually. There were some mistakes in word use and pronunciation but overall, it was better than some of the readers I’ve listened to in the past. It would have been nice to have switched to a male voice for the chapters from the male’s point of view. The most challenging-to-read aspect was the narrative. It was ridiculous in some places. Sometimes overly poetic or repetitive. Use of curse words was excessive and even odd sometimes, especially coming from the alien. Sometimes things didn’t make any sense. For example, saying, “this is the future” from the first person perspective isn’t logical. To that person, it’s the present. This is my first experience with this author and, because the plot was interesting, I’ll try some of their other stories. Hopefully the narrative will be better.
