An Absolute Surprise
I got this on sale because it’s a genre that I enjoy and had positive reviews. But honestly I wasn’t expecting much. Had never heard of the series or author. And so many in this genre can be so cookie cutter.
What a surprise this was. Great story and characters I cared about. Intriguing plot. And very little romance which often bogs down books like this.
Reminds me of how much I like the Hollows series.
I am looking forward to the next one.

Amazing
You know I really liked it Amber because she was a tough woman and she didn’t let her feelings for a man get involved with taking care of her pack this is a Potter really love also something that I was looking for as well because most of the books that I have read the woman always falls head over heels in love and it’s not really tough Amber shows you that she was tough she was a boss turn on time it was amazing

An adventure of hope, loss, magic, and mystery
Though a bit more youthful than most fantasy adventure I read, I find that Amber’s pack of misfits have truly provided a believable, exciting view into their world of werewolves, witches, elves, vampires, and demons.
I recommend you take the time to join Stephanie Foxe’s cast of characters in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and enjoy Amanda Dolan’s artful rendition of her world.
