Editing blunder

Unfortunate that they shortened out an important part and reduced the story down. Hopefully they don’t make the same mistake on book 4!

Great performance but WHY

Why did they reduce so much of the Cloud Stone that added to the (Mority) not sure how it spelt. It removes a lot of the fighting and reason as why John is suddenly mad then again adds a line that says he's tired of fighting with no fighting being mentioned the entire time up to the point of the Cloud Stone Assembly

Part 5 Ruined

Seriously, who made the call to butcher one of the most entertaining and important scenes in the book? Someone who hasn't read it? Other than that heartbreaking blunder...

Great book. Great voice cast. Wonderful production.

TERRIBLE edutorial decisions.

Great performance, missing content

Track 5 is missing a huge important bit of the story, removes a lot of context. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, so I don't recommend getting this book if the book is still 8 hours 32 minutes.

Made a great background character horrible.

So when Ellie and John visit to Moritoi tribe in this book Ellie is supposed to fight three wise women. They cut this out and made Ellie pathetic when she held her own against stronger better opponents that even cheated. This is what made John invoke the oath of destruction.

Not only did they do this but they made John fight the moon guardian which never happened just to make him look more bad ass... which really was not needed John has plenty of time to do that.

missing content

Missing important content. I do not recommend buying until it is fixed. this will upset anyone that has read the book. I rebought the dramatized version with high expectations but now I'm sadly disappointed.

Skipped a lot

The narrative is amazing, but they skipped a giant chunk of the book (like 2 or 3 chapters). That part of the book wasn't NEEDED, but it was a bada*s scene of John kicking butt, and it's completely cut down in length. It also adds depth to Ellie's character. I wouldn't mind if they cut out a bit here and there to make the audio better, but this is just too much. So I'm going back to the original audiobook just to get the whole story.
