I have been interested in this topic for quite some time, and this was a great pick. Chapter 2 was my favorite; the author offered a deep explanation of the science and history that backs these practices and help concepts that seem woo easier to understand.

Whether you are just starting out in learning about whichcraft or you've already had some experience with it, and wanting to dig deeper into it, this book would come in very handy in many aspects. It's a solid knowledge base to build your foundation in whitchcraft. then it also has some practical exercises you can do to advance your knowledge and skills. overall this is a very interesting topic. you should give it a try and see what comes out of it.
