I thought it would be boring....
I thought this audio program would be boring but I was surprised at its quality of material even though its an old version. Still very good program and kept me so intrigued I finished in one day.

worth a listen
this book has good observations of human behavior and ways to adapt to different people in conversation. the content overlaps quite a bit with another one of the authors books which I do not have access to the title of right now. also the style of presentation is a little more theatrical than I prefer. that said, I expect I will listen to it again.

How is this in the new releases?
While there are a few good ideas buried in this presentation most of it is just common sense and very dated. The narrator, some has been actress I guess, has a terribly fake sounding delivery. so pretentious sounding that it makes actually hard to dig the useful information out of her ongoing droning. not to mention the whole time she keeps talking about side 1 and side 2 of the tape which makes me think this thing was recorded sometime in the late eighties. save your money.

Do not waste your money!
