Love when Jacob can use his normal accent, although he does nake it heavier! He's so good!!! Callie is a great complement to Jacob, and I've enjoyed their pairings in this whole series.

My Thoughts on Controlled Burn

Talk about another amazing, intense, roller-coaster ride of a story. This book had quite the gamut of feelings and unexpected twists. There was a lot of laughter, a little bit of darkness and lots of steam. And all the while I loved Kendall, Finn, the kids, and all the other Blackbridge couples. Watching them grow and getting more of their happily ever after’s is one of my favorite things about continuing to read this series. I loved this one from beginning to end even as the ending left me with one heck of a confusing shock. I will be excitedly looking forward to the release of the next book.

I absolutely LOVED the narration. Jacob Morgan with an Irish accent is amazing and I can't get enough of him voicing the parrots. Callie Dalton once again brought the emotion and energy and just overall great tone I could listen to over and over. Her accent wasn't quite as strong as Jacob's but it was ok cause I still enjoyed her overall.

Absolutely the best yet!!

OMG!! Two hilarious parrots! Finn has finally met his match in Kendall. Where Finn is neat and orderly, Kendall is utter chaos. Toss in an MC out for revenge and three littles, and you get one wonderful read. It has suspense, drama, and lots of steam, too. Highly recommended. Jacob Morgan is absolutely fantastic!!!!

Wonderful Story!

I couldn't put this one down!! I devoured it in one sitting.
I love this world and all the characters in it!

Finnegan

Totally loved Finnegan and his accent and narrator totally did it. These two narrators did a great job with all the usual characters of the series both humans as well as the birds. They put emphasis in all the right places throughout the story, and brought each scene to life.
Loved listening to Finnegan and Kendall’s growth to their HEA.

Months later… I return to this one

I went through several of the books in this series a few months ago but this is the one I searched for in my collection today. I cried when hearing the love and despair Kendall experiences for her kiddos. I love hearing about the other couples while they help Finn navigate these adventures.

This was a better story

Loved Finn what a cutie. This one of all the stories goes 2nd to the Anna’s story. Not too much sex but some criminal action. Better story than the others

Falling for the single mom

I love the guys at Blackridge…and the dirty talking parrot, Puff Daddy! This time it’s Finn’s story…and the single mom who brings him to his knees. Oh, and she also has a dirty talking bird! Some bad guys get taken care of and Finn is a hero. Let’s not forget the awesome portrayal of Finn by the narrator…Irish accent…swoon!!!! Now waiting on the next book…looks like it will be a doozy!

Lots of surprises and just maybe the best one yet!

Finn & Kendall + three

The narrator made this even better than the ebook. I love the accents, Finn's, the kids, and two funny birds who are quite a pair! (looking for more of that little couple). It began at the condo's gym. He'd lost time working out because his eyes were too busy working on watching her from the back. Oh, the front was mighty fine as well. There was one part of his anatomy that was getting plenty of exercise. A little flirting, teasing was all he'd do though. He'd done the neighborly dating thing once and it didn't work.

She'd been in a jam and her rental was being sold so she and her kids were out. She'd worked hard to buy a small house for her and the kids but she wasn't there yet. Her brother said they could stay with him in his way too small condo, until...

Now what? There were some real surprises and disappointments putting her in a real jam. Would Finn come to the rescue? How were the kids gonna deal?

Another amazing story from the author who always leaves you wanting the next Blackbridge Security. Danger, steam, humor, lots of action with the rest of the team series fans have come to love, even Puff (Wren's African Parrot with a potty mouth) gets a surprise in this one.

Oh yeah, there's a surprise for readers & listeners at the end too.
