Scott Brick is the best…. Love the storyline and the twists just wish overall it was longer. Spent a lot of the book laying the foundation and then twisted it all up w the good stuff right at the end. I just felt like they left some ‘chicken on the bone’. I’m a fan of the 10-20 hrs audiobook series….

Suspense, excitement,and fun.

Listened to the entire series. Enjoyed seeing the characters evolve. Absolutely love the narrator. Highly recommended

Fun Quick Read

Not a complex book, but still a fun, enjoyable read. I've been waiting for the audible book for almost a year, so I had forgotten a lot of the characters and the history from the first 4 books. It took me awhile to remember the characteristics of the different players, but the author did a good job of refreshing my memory throughout the book. As the story progressed, I realized how much I like Blake and the team he is pulling together. I think Ima and her son Ian are going to be interesting characters in future books, too. I just hope I don't have to wait as long for books 6, 7, and 8 to be released as an audiobook. This is a fun series and I hate it when there is a long delay in the release of the audiobook.

Overall, if you liked the first four books in this series, you should like this one.

The jail seen

I loved when Haley got attacked by Hilda and I enjoyed where Ima joined Haley in her. Cell and I must stood up for herself. I enjoyed and Blake finding the right place for them to build a work and living environment and all the people that got together to help make their crew.

Best so far.

Definitely enjoyed this one. The narrator Scott Brick just brings it to life as usual.

The end was somehow disappointing, the particulars of the extraction plan seemed out of character for Blake and Company
