Go Beyond the Obvious

Really enjoyed the book and the insightful look into longevity in leadership. It lays the foundation for true leadership by encouraging those interested in making a real difference to go beyond the basic thoughts on leading. Lead by example, it’s what you do and not what you say you will do. Seek your own information and draw your own conclusions, which may be the most important lesson because we currently live in a world of meaningless “noise makers” and blind emotional decision making based on one’s chosen side of an argument or issue. Finally, seeking scenarios and solutions where everyone involved wins is vital to continued success of an organization. Conscious Leadership is a must-read for anyone who seriously wants to unlock their true leadership potential.

I truly appreciate, as the planet and humanity has an inevitable progress-oriented evolution, that Emotional, Spiritual, and Cultural Intelligence is lifted up in this leadership training.

This is a good way to expand your business mindset

I honestly enjoyed the overall context of the but and think it is a great read for people who want to do business but keep their integrity. There were good suggestions and general conversation starts to help you function as an individual but also run a company.

outstanding insights by a proven leader

I was drawn to this book after the Freakonomics podcast with the Whole Foods CEO and author introduced me to it and to the CEO. I was struck by his genuine approach and his vegan capitalist Classical Liberal spin. Great book, recommend to leaders who want to improve by understanding themselves and those around them better.

Great sections and meh sections

I found myself dozing off a lot while listening to this one. It was more broad than I hoped, but I got several really good insights from it so I'd still recommend it.
