A Confidence Boost for Facing the Spotlight

I have been scared, like many, of public speaking my entire life. With the role I'm in for my job and through my local Rotary Club I have been forced to speak publicly on several occasions. I thought I should try to make it as comfortable for me as possible.

This audiobook has helped me with many practical tips I could apply right away. Visualization excercises really stood out as a former athlete I would use that to help my play on the court. Why didn't I think of that for other uses? This will help me visualize success and control over my emotions.
