Siendo los consejos que da bastante buenos y en general certeros, el autor repite mucho las ideas en cada uno de sus capítulos. Las explicaciones como ya dije son buenas, pero carecen de ejemplos claros Para poner en práctica, sobre todo por aquellas personas que necesitan ideas concretas.
