If so, this four-part series will prepare you for three types of high pressure speaking engagements: Public Speaking, Media Interviews, and Networking Events. This "book" spends a few minutes talking about the obvious benefits of visualizing success and then the rest of the 45 minutes walking you through various visualizations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR POINTS. As I said maybe worth the listen if it was free...
