David Brenin gives a thrilling performance again. His accents and nuance bring visions of the characters and action so vividly to mind.
He is perfect!

Star Wars meets Stargate

I enjoyed the story. The comic relief was in just the right places. There was a bit of a build up but once the story was set and the world was built it was very good. I do not want to spoil the story for you so I will just say that it is an awesome book.

Shades of Star Wars!

Action, adventure, romance ala Star Wars. A lot of the storyline really does have a lot of SW overtones, but it's still a decent story for your listening or reading pleasure. Brenin does sound like the right voice for the story.

David brcenin is my favorite narrator. This story is excellent and he brings it alive!

Wow!! Amazing detailed story

I can't believe I didn't leave a review the first time I listened to this wonderful audio book. David Brenin knocked this one out of the park. His narration was spot on. Loved the main characters. You have to listen to this story and the series. I suggest the audio. In this case it does an excellent job of visual effects. Could not believe I kept putting this story aside. Loved it!!!

Captaving story

Loved it. I listened to the story every chance I could get. Can't wait 😍

Pretty good until detailed sex scene_returned

It was pretty good until the author spent like 5 minutes describing a sex scene. (I kept fast forwarding 30 seconds multiple times and they kept at it.) If he had alluded to it then it may have been okay, but I don't spend money on R rated science fiction sex scenes. I don't understand why authors do this...

Command Decision

did enjoy it; waiting for the next story. would be nice at the end for audible to tell you the name of the next book if there's more than one. This is just suggestion. Yes really enjoyed the book s.e.Smith does a nice job.
