Cold Swimming: Gently, rub me down.
This Poem is about the art of cold swimming, and it is an art.
You need eventually to be able to breathe properly, and pace yourself in cold water, timing is all important, observing the seasons as to how much your 'own' body may take.
We're all built differently, some of us have seal skin ;) others paper.
But we can all enter cold water for our own purification and enjoyment and that feeling of being blessed. I have made this the 3rd edition and not the 1st because it went through its 3rd stage in writing. There may be updates to follow—watch this space.
Update 4: An extra Verse has been put in the front, which is a joint effort between myself the main Author and Mike Miko illus, who contributed. A personal thank you to Mike Miko for his illustrious endeavors in producing a fine image cover.
