Coding made easy!

I absolutely loved listening to this audiobook. As a primary school teacher, it is now required to include coding in my lessons and programs, as this will soon become (if it isn't already) an indispensable skill. My students catch on naturally, but this audiobook made coding clear and easy to understand, from the lingo/terminology and foundational skills to the practical tools. I recommend a listen to anyone, child or adult, wanting some clarity around these concepts.

The perfect book to learn coding!

I bought this for my nephew but wanted to listen to it first to make sure it was a quality book and it exceeded my expectations! This book is very well written, organized and narrated. The coding exercises are super fun for kids and they are gaining skills that will last a lifetime. This book is timely for the next generation as we are in the midst of the heightened digital age. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to give their kids a head start in a career area with high demand.

wonderful learning book for my grandkids

i have 4 grandchildern and i want them to become very succsseful in the future. They enjoyed this book because it gives them a chance to become more educated on coding from a early age. As the world develops more its a early start that can gain them a head start in life. No more video games that don't teach anything. I will definitley continue with teaching them as i am learnig too.

This is the perfect book to get your kids started with coding. We all know how coding will be part of their future, why not get them started earlier? This book is so helpful for parents with easy-to-understand terminology so we are better prepared as we guide our children with coding, especially for parents from non-computer backgrounds. Get this book so you know how to get your kids started!

Your kid's future depends on this!

As explained in the introduction of this audiobook, some level of coding is expected for many different job descriptions currently and will only continue to increase in the future. This audiobook does a great job of explaining the basics of several different languages at a level that children can understand with the provided ebook so that they may follow along with the text. The fact that it's an audiobook will keep them entertained while they're interacting with their scripts. I picked this up for a family member who I've been coaxing into computer sciences, and decided to check it out first myself! I'll be happily passing this along knowing that she will receive an excellent several-hour short-course introduction to Java, HTML, and CSS--things I use nearly every day and I'm not even a web developer.

Great for Our Nephew

Bought this for our nephew as he has recently expressed an interest in coding, and figured why not capitalize on that interest and help him grow! After purchasing, its clear that his interest in coding has only grown. The lesson plans are relevant, and easy to apply for first time coders, and the information is structured in a way that is easy for kids to understand. When the school year starts, we think he'll be ready to hit the ground running with a bit of a head start, and hopefully keep growing this skill into something that could benefit him later in life.

The narrator is engaging and easy to understand, and the content is broken down into sections that are easily comprehended by grade school students. Would recommend to anyone with kids who have an interest in computer science or coding, and are willing to build their skills!
