love the story, too drawn out battle scenes

I'm really enjoying this space chase/battle/romance, especially the snarky main character. I do wish at times that the story would just get on with it, rather than going into such details on the battle scenes.

Very exciting and full of action. Alisa is quite selfish character seeming unable of loving, but super funny

Good but too short

I really like this story but it comes in about 5 hours per episode too short for me. 16 hour books are my threshold to make my 2 credits last the month.

A Good Space Series

Been listening since stumbling upon Fallen Empire Omnibus (first three books) and have been listening since. Definitely a good listen and worth recommendation.

Love this series

I enjoy the story, the characters and their interactions and the humor. I also look for books narrated by Kate Reading. Highly recommended.

As action packed as one book can be

Love this series! There’s never a dull moment. Very action packed if you like that kind of thing.

A guilty Pleasure . . . for higher-minded snooty

types, anyway. Not heavy & often comedic, there is, nonetheless, quality character development, with good adventure & suspense throughout the series. Well-written, and very well narrated.

The story just gets better and better. The intrigue towards more than the next battle is refreshing. In most space operas its all about the next big battle and while that's great, the character development in this series is refreshing.☆☆☆☆ I Recommend this Book ☆☆☆☆

Great book and series

I love the snarky quips from the main character. Her friend Mica makes me laugh out loud with her comments. Lots of action and adventure with a dash of romance. Eclectic group of characters that she keeps getting mixed up with.

My favorite Author

I always enjoy Lindsay Buroker stories. This is another good series, looking forward to the next couple of books
