Prepper curious!

I was asking myself: Is my family in danger? Where would fallout happen? How would we survive it? What do I need to do? This book answered these and gave great strategies to use. Before, during, and after. It’s cool to have this and my family will love listening. It’s not a matter of if but when. This author organized this well, easy to follow, and it was relevant. So glad to know what to do!!

Are you prepared?

Sadly, the future is not certain and books like this are practical because they help us to be prepared for what we don’t know is coming next. I definitely recommend checking this book out.

Great explanations and reasoning

I recently moved out into the country and started getting in to survival prep but wanted to take it a step further. Really glad I listened to this book as there were explanations provided on why you would want to take the steps provided which helped me understand where my priorities should be. Great book for anyone just getting started and need guidance

Not an optional listen in todays day and age

In today's high risk climate, I think everyone should have at least a little knowledge on the topic. This book is an excellent resource for anyone looking to learn about nuclear survival skills. It is packed with information on everything from bugging-in to avoiding fallout The author does an excellent job of explaining the concepts in a clear and concise manner, and the book is well-organized and easy to follow.

Great book

This is a really engaging and interesting listen. We never know if a nuclear war is just around the corner. This book will give you some great preparation tips and strategies for dealing with this threat

A need to recognize

When listening to this book, I was very curious to understand what a nuclear scenario is all about. The author for some reason understood that there are people like me who have no understanding. The author made the book easy to read and provided me with a step by step guide on how the process is and how to act.This made me to recognize that there is a need to be prepared at all time in order to survive a nuclear attack.It is hard but I think I have to always make room for the unthinkable. A big thank you to the author for opening my eyes and broadening my scope of reasoning.

When SHTF you’ll want to know what’s in this book

In today’s day and age, you never know what is going to happen. I hope I never need to use this information, but things keep getting crazier and crazier out there so you never know. This book is full of useful information everyone may need when SHTF.

A Sobering Book

Let me start by saying that this was not a book that I wanted to listen to. But it is a book that I *knew* I needed to hear. The threat of nuclear war is more present now than at any point of my lifetime--and I was part of the anti-nuke movement in the 1980's. This book goes into extraordinary detail about the things you can do to survive, making a communication plan with family and friends beforehand, or pre-provisioning the supplies that you will need during those first critical weeks.

It is a sobering reminder that while this terrible mortal threat still exists, there are things that are things within our control that can help us to survive. I recommend that you listen to this book and help yourself and others be prepared. I hope we never need to use them.

Awesome Audiobook!

Expect the unexpected and Citizen’s Nuclear War Survival Skills Handbook helps you to expect the unexpected. Ch 1 taught me that war strategists aim at areas that will benefit them most toward winning the war. I would be in danger if I reside close to these areas such as large cities and/or key military bases. Ch 2 taught me that even if a bomb is not targeted at my area, I could still feel total or partial effects from a nuclear bomb. My fallout shelter should be after the explosion and it teaches you the best to build it, whether it is DIY or you hire someone. I could go on about what I learned, but each chapter is so enlightening, informative, and captivating that prepares you for nuclear survival. This is a must-listen audiobook!
