so helpful & very insightful

This was such an interesting read. Especially for someone who does not have an extensive background in Christianity. It was so inspiring to hear about all of the different ways that marriage and Christianity work together. I am studying the idea of love and marriage right now, and this was a great angle to include in my research. Highly recommend to anyone interested in the subject of love, marriage, and religion!

The book is filled with practical wisdom, how to stay connected while away, how to compromise, how submission is not servitude, talks about finances, handling mom-guilt, prioritizing time and so much more. As a married Christian I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve the quality of their married life, their relationship with themselves, their spouse, and, God.

I love these devotionals!
My wife and i do them together every morning before we get our days started. It's a great way to remember who we are, who we represent, and how important our marriage is to both of us.

My niece is getting married soon and we decided this would be a perfect gift for her and her fiance before they tie the knot!

The narrator delivers the devotions perfectly and the devotions are well thought and written and envoke important thoughts to reflect on through out the day!

If Married Read This

I have never been solely focused on religion and whatnot, but I can recommend this book to anyone that is married and at least carries an open mindset for finding ways to improve their marriage. The emphasis this book provides on both the importance of communication and trust inside your marriage I will carry forward with me throughout my marriage. Two of my best friends have martial issues at times and this book is my go-to recommendation for them to help with their problem solving!

Great to reconnect.

We did Christian pre-marriage counseling and it was fantastic for our relationship! But we’ve slacked on having really intentional conversations lately and need to get back to that. This book gives us great conversation topics, things to think about solo, and things to do as a couple to reconnect. The chapter on money and finances is key! And I especially identified with the struggles of intimacy post-kids, and got some great advice to overcome that.
