Enjoying the characters
I really love that there isn't a bunch of unnecessary drama in these books. That is one thing a lot of urban fantasy authors put way too much of in their books. We are finding about more of Victoria and what the want from her. I really like the Valerie. The male voices and snickers are a bit annoying from the male narrator but not enough to deter from the book. it doesn't end on a cliff hanger

Very childish
I read the first book and it took me some time to get into it. I felt like the characters were jumping to conclusions which I did not like. This book did the same thing and honestly towards the end of the book I wondered if the author went to an elementary school and had a child finish writing the book.

Better
This book was better than the first book. Once the story got going. It was hard to put down maybe as the books go it’ll get better. I certainly hope so. I’m starting book 3 now.

Boring
I just wanted to fall asleep while listening. The performers are good it’s just a boring story. You just know it will keep dragging on through the series. I can’t even finish this book.

I wanted to love it but ugh!
I don’t understand why this writer went rogue. The wolves were written to reflect weak animals which they aren’t. Witches to lack the strength of the craft. Vampires to appear weak also. The entire story line could’ve been better. Wolves are strong creatures as it’s always written. In these series you’ll find yourself getting annoyed with the characters. Ugh! So dumb so so dumb how these characters are written
