This is a really good book!

This book gave me a ton of variety for potential exercises, and they were clearly designed for an older participant like me. The narrator's voice was easy to listen to, and I enjoyed the experience.

Yoga for Seniors

A really interesting book filled with very doable yoga poses. Its a great way to keep your body moving in a safe, stable ways. I recommended it to a friend also. A definite great addition to my Audible library.

Many helpful recommendations were provided in the book for scheduling a time that suited me and establishing a reliable schedule. I was able to include chair yoga into my daily routine and maintain it more easily as a result. You won't ever regret starting this routine, I promise!

So glad I got this one!

I am so glad I bought this book. There were lots to choose from, but this one stood out because I got 2 books in 1, so I thought it was a great purchase. The narrator and the descriptions were great. If you want to learn yoga, give this book a listen. You won't be sorry. The exercises make sense and I feel pretty confident I am doing them right!

Made my life easy!!
