An interesting look into Ogham Tree Spirits

I've studied a lot of magick, specifically Germanic, Norse, and New England Folk, but this was a pleasant, departure from those.

Before I read this I could barely tell the difference between an oak tree and a blackberry tree, or what a willow tree would specialize in compared to a hawthorne or a birch tree. After finishing this book in just a couple of days, I feel like my entire perspective in trees has been shifted. Now I am better able to see each one differently, that each one has its own story and impact on the wirld around us.This feels like a direct continuation of the book Wild Magic, and I would also reccomend that book. I feel like every word in this book resonated with truth, and I know that it will always stay with me. Thank you for writing this, this will help me find my direction in life and to remind me that I have allies, even if the confusion of life can make me forget that that is true.

Danu Forest has crafted a new classic about Ogam, Celtic Tree Magic is loaded with a wealth of detailed folklore, herbalism, practical, magical lore, insights from the field, and items from ancient history relating to sacred trees. The book also details charms and divination. This work should be in every Druidry study.

The narrator's questionable Gaelic pronunciations is the only drawback to the Audibook. Perhaps the parts that require Gaelic language skills could be re-recorded?

Good info, hard time receiving it

Danu Forest is absolutely knowledgeable and has a fluid and friendly writing style. I would highly recommend any book by Danu Forest (and some of the other audiobooks on this platform by Forest are excellent). I could not get past the narrator’s voice in this one.
Did you ever see Vanessa Baer’s character on weekend update that was a child actress? The narrator for this book has the same cadence and my mind could not get around that and to the extent of the breadth of knowledge that Danu Forest was trying to convey. I mean no insult to the narrator; this was just my own neurodivergent experience 🤣.
