Are you ready for adventure?

I've always enjoyed Brian Jacques due to reading Redwall as a kid. Castaways of the Flying Dutchman does not disappoint. Brian leading the was as the narrator and top notch voice actors carry Ben and his dog Ned through a beautiful tale of adventure from start to end. This will make you want to travel the world with a dog by your side.

A fun adventure of a boy and his dog

A great story narrated by one of my favorite authors. The cast does a great job bringing the book to life and really enhanced the reader's experience.

The purity of the authors heart is infectious.

A great adventure!

I really liked the story and learned a lot about how sea faring life was. I enjoyed the story of what happened to Ben in his life after he and his dog met the Angel. The Chapelvale story had many interesting twists and turns to it! I loved most of the people that he helped and the way that Ben was able to help then and encourage them. I great story which gets you wondering about your own life. Enjoyed it very much

Best book

I loved this book growing up, borrowing it from the library a lot. Now I get to have it read to me, with different voices for the different people. I loved it. Listened in one day, will re-listen.

great characters. only got frustrated the voices would be loud then soft. spent a lot of time adjusting volume.

Brian Jacques is my favorite author

I loved this book as much as I loved all Mr. Jacques other books. The performances by the narrators were terrific.

One of my favorites

Brian Jacques is one of those authors that I grew up reading, and no matter how many times I read or listen to his books, I always find something new to appreciate and enjoy. This story is one of my favorites, and I don't know how many times I've entered into the world of Castaways but I continue to love every second of these stories.

Great story, bad production value.

Fluctuations in volume and audio quality were the worst part. But I love the story and characters.

great story trash narrator

the narrators French accent is loud, harsh, annoying and trash. it ruined the whole performance I'll be partly asleep and boom that awful accent wakes me.
