Is bourbon the quintessential American liquor? Bourbon is not just alcohol - the amber-colored drink is deeply ingrained in American culture and tangled in American history. From the early days of raw corn liquor to the myriad distilleries that have proliferated around the country today, bourbon is a symbol of the United States. This course traces bourbon's entire history, from the 1700s, with Irish, Scottish, and French settlers setting up stills and making distilled spirits in the New World, through today's booming resurgence.

We live in a world of seeds. From our morning toast to the cotton in our clothes, they are quite literally the stuff and staff of life, supporting diets, economies, and civilizations around the globe. Just as the search for nutmeg and the humble peppercorn drove the Age of Discovery, so did coffee beans help fuel the Enlightenment and cottonseed help spark the Industrial Revolution. And from the fall of Rome to the Arab Spring, the fate of nations continues to hinge on the seeds of a Middle Eastern grass known as wheat.

Puppy loves them!
Our little sausage dog puppy loves the recipes that we have found on this audible, and he is bouncing around more than ever because we stopped feeding him processed foods from the shops. He has a new energy about him and is more obedient around dinner time now because he knows the homemade foods, which are super easy to prepare alongside your normal dinner, are to good to be naughty for! A must-try for any dog lover.

Yummy dishes with great rapidity
I absolutely loved the way this book drops so many nutritious and yummy recipes that dogs will love, all within the context of quick preparation (15 minutes?! I’m in!). My favorite thing about this title is that M. K. Boyle has made sure to maintain heavy emphasis on healthy ingredients that serve our fluffy friends as well as possible, while also making sure they are content with yummy meals. It doesnt just focus on care for our pets though, it also places focus on making sure we aren’t in a bind and overworked preparing elaborate meals that add stress to our day! No, everything given here is for the goal of kind, self-loving, joyful preparation so that our fluffy friends can stay happy and full while hitting all of the nutrition benchmarks they may need.
