Passed my CISSP
This book is very well-Narrated. I initially studied for my CISSP exam using the official IC2 book. The book has a lot of information. This book breaks the information down. You can understand what you are listening to. They also note real-wo world examples through the book. Studying this book along with my other CISSP book allowed me to pass my exam.

This is a great study guide that gives you all the information you need for the CISSP exam without making you listen to a ton of fluff. It is concise and gets to the point without making you listen to pages of extra fluff.

Everything worked as expected.
Everything worked as expected. I listen it and several other study guides... they all contain little bits of information that are different from other resources. Multiple resources are a must if you want to pass this test for the first time.

I passed the first time!
This book was okay, but I wouldn't use it as your only resource for the CISSP. It's well-written and condensed nicely. I would recommend this only after you have exhausted the other options and are just looking for a light refresher.

I like how the author explains things in real life
I like how the author explains things in real life terms. The book has a lot of breath with quite a bit of depth for a new guy. I hope this helps me with my exam. I would add more stuff about embedded system instead of IT.

The author emphasizes in the book
This is an excellent book. Even though this book is about IT Security, it really explains networking well. The main takeaway is that security is mainly a subset of network/systems administration/engineering and software design.
