Excelente Libro!, otro punto de vista

Muy buen libro que abarca varios de los principales tópicos de las inversiones en bienes raíces, aclara muchos de los errores de conceptos que muchas de las personas tenemos, como por ejemplo, el tomar los créditos hipotecarios a cortos plazos. Bien resumido, no se dan vueltas y van directo al grano. Super recomendable aunque no todas las técnicas de inversión explicadas se pueden aplicar en otros países que no sea EEUU

Buy the book together with the audio book! This will enhance your learning. An easy to follow framework is presented in this book. Learn and implement.

2 hours of very powerful knowledge

Even if you feel you’re not in the best financial position to get involved in Real Estate Investing get this book! At the very least you have now planted a seed in your mind for heat is possible…best case scenario you just might actually be in the financial position to get started with the strategies laid out in this book!

Not quite what I was expecting

Contrary to what the Interest book brought to the table, this book didn't really dive into real estate lies, IMO.

While the information provided is a solid strategy for REI and WLI, it's not directly about REI lies.

As with the Intresest Lies book, it seems a bit sales pitchy at times.

Overall, good information. But not necessarily what the title sells.
