The first part of this book covers the 10 recommended steps for starting your business by the SBA, along with my explanation of each in more detail. The second part of this book covers the most important part of any business. Simply put: You can have the fanciest business store, office, or location. But it really means nothing until you have customers buy something. Buy something, not sell something. People don’t like to be sold. Buying is a much easier process.
So at the end of this book, we will look at sales - your business sales - and all the ideas to consider doing just that.
