Me encanto el libro ,es exactamente lo que necesitaba ,no me costo terminarlo ,al contrario retrocedí el audio varias veces para que de me interiorice ,es un libro que de una manera agil hace entender que no es vanidad cuidar el cuerpo es nuestro templo y mas bien es malo no hacerlo ,quita tanto prejuicio ,yo estoy estudiando para ser life coach y quise dejarlo por factor económico pero la verdad es que hasta me ha motivado q terminarlo ,
De la autora puedo decir que es magnifica la admiro ,sigo a su esposo Dante desde el inicio de la pandemia es nuestro pastor virtual ,y es donde sembramos porque es una tierra bendita ,y ahora veo que son la dupla perfecta que Dios ha puesto en mi vida ,mil bendiciones para sus vidas ,familia ,ministerio y todo cuanto hagan,hora iniciare con su otro libro .
