The Best! Gimme More Thane!

I was anxiously awaiting the listen of Burning Dawn. I was particularly interested to see if Thane's dark desires were tamed to the point where listening was bearable as he was described as a downright sadist. I'm not into sadists!

Knowing his history and the why behind the what painted a very clear picture of who he was and why he was. I consider him a virgin to true desire. And listening to him discover just what pleasure was when he runs in to one of my favorite heroines of this series was definitely worth it!

Elin is spunky, strong, and just a great female character to listen to. She learns to not let her past define her and becomes, to me, a role model for Thane. Overcoming fears.

Really adored this book. Listened to this through the Romance Package and I'm loathe to remove it from my library. I may just buy this one for true keeps!

Max does as excellent job narrating!

I truly wish Gena will pick up with this series again. It doesn't seem as though she is going to complete what was started with Xerxes and Bjorn. I really want their stories!

A story about trust

I liked the story, but it seem to go on longer than needed. The battles between good and evil was pretty intense and fun to listen to. The story reminded me a little of Kresley Cole's Immortal series. A little humor among the chaos.

this was definitely enticing from the very beginning. finished this one in a day. couldn't stop listening to it.

Shocked at how good it was!!!

Well I normally don't listen to men read but this one I took a chance on and I got to tell you I was highly entertained!! The story line was wonderful and you had plenty of time to get to know the characters and also I would've never guessed but this was a slow romance,not that have sex the first time the two come together but it was a more of a suspense development of a relationship with each other romance that keep you on your toes teasing you! It's a slow teaser in the worst way but it keeps you wondering what is gonna happen next...I totally recommend this book I can't even begin to really explain how so good it is,it's spicy yet sweet romance is mouthwatering and it's cuss friendly for those that want to enjoy a good book without all that distasteful cussing. 20 stars to the narrator and the book the man who read it really brought the characters too life I highly recommend!!! I have to say also that it's ridiculously funny...a book with a sense of humor!

Couldn’t get enough!

This was my first book my Gena Showalter, and I want more! This was such a fun and exciting book! It was funny, sassy, extremely sexy and I couldn’t get enough. I don’t think I went I. The right order of books, but whatever, I had a lot of fun with this!

Pure Enjoyment!

I enjoyed the action of the book, coupled with the humor that caused me so much hilarity and spurts of uncontrolled laughter. I had so much fun reading this series that I want to start again from the beginning. I adored every character, but I also enjoyed the thoughtfulness involved. Thank you Gena and Max. You’re a hell of combination!
