Otherwise, we are going to be stuck in a constant state of flight or fight. This is what causes things like insomnia, heartburn, fertility problems, high blood sugar, and so much more.

Audible should be embarrassed to list this book
This book is read by either a text to speech program or the most monotone narrator I've ever heard. This is the quality of product I'd expect from a random YouTube channel, not an Audible offering. I honestly can't review the contents of the book because the reading is so distractingly bad.
