great end....

although it was a bit unrealistic, it was still a great read. i couldnt put it down, ended up staying awake all night to finish the book

Book 2 in series

A continuation from book 1.it finishes the story of book one of the lives of Amelia and Alex. How they put their life back together and as a family. Well written and narrators great 👍

Broken by Lies and Bound by Lies is a great series. I loved that these books! I loved the narrators also. Loved it enough that I was thinking about it during the day when I should have been working!

Loved this book/series!

I absolutely loved this story. I was so grateful book 2 was available when I finished book 1 and that cliffhanger!!!!
It was not predictable to me at all. The characters were all likable and redeeming and the development of the story was natural with just enough anticipation and drama.
Definitely worth a credit. Definitely worth the read.

Bound by this author!

My comments apply to both books. A completely engrossing story which held me captive from beginning to end with a plot full of romance and so many twists and turns which surprised me over and over. It certainly was unlike the usual events in a story which one could anticipate as a story unfolded. I know I will listen again and again to this well written story. I look forward to more of this author's work!

We pick up right where we left off with Emelia. Her boyfriend is dead, she is living with her boyfriend's brother, Sam, and is so, so sad.

The hits keep coming and the rollercoaster we witnessed in Broken by Lies was just a precursor to the myriad of emotion thrown at us in Bound by Lies.

Rebecca Shea graces us with the happy ending we deserve after suffering through so much heartache with Emilia.

Vikas and Erin were perfect narrators for these characters. Vikas was able to give the multitude of male characters different voices, making it easy to distinguish between them.

Perfect conclusion to Alex and Emelia's story!

This review is for the first 2 books. This series had just the right amount of suspense, heat, and chemistry. It hooks you in the first few chapters and before you know it you're done with all 3 books! I don't think there any dull moments, I devoured it all. The narrators were great. The male left a little to be desired in his female voice, but it wasn't horrible. Loved this conclusion to their love story. I'd recommend

Alex and Amelia Forever

Alright, now we're talking. Bound by Lies was so good. It had me on edge the whole time. The story was exciting as you never knew what would happen next, although I will say it was very anti-climatic. What I really loved was Alex's desire to protect Amelia at all costs even if he had to lie. He was stuck in a precarious position. I didn't really like that they were separated through most of this book. But I really felt her depression as she was super thin, didn't eat, and everything was weighing on her. Nonetheless, I still liked it. Don't ask me why. Erin Mallon and Vikas Adam were a great combo for this romance in a world of crime.

Rebecca Shea sure knows how to tell a story!!

Loved this second and final book in the Broken and Bound series. Seeing how the story ends after the heart wrenching cliffhanger of the first book was a tumultuous ride filled with both heartache and joy! The narration was extremely well done by both the male and female leads which makes the Audible version of the book come to life!!
