Helped Me Feel More Grounded
I’ve been dealing with stress and some old trauma, and this book gave me small, doable steps to reconnect with my body. I didn’t really know much about somatic work before, but the way this was explained made it feel easy to try. I’ve started doing a few of the exercises in the morning, and they actually help me feel more present and less tense. It’s not overwhelming, and I can go at my own pace. Really glad I picked this up.
