This story follows Amanda, a lady in waiting caught in the maelstrom of Camelot’s decline. She witnesses firsthand the simmering resentments, the clandestine affairs, the backstabbing, and the bloodshed that defines this twisted court. From the bloody skirmishes on the kingdom’s borders to the siege of Tintagel, a gruesome spectacle of death and destruction, Amanda is thrust into the heart of the conflict, forced to navigate a treacherous landscape where loyalty is a luxury few can afford.
We see the Knights of the Round Table not as symbols of unwavering chivalry, but as men driven by ambition, lust, and the brutal realities of survival. Lancelot’s affair with Guinevere is not a mere indiscretion, but a powder keg threatening to ignite a war that will engulf the kingdom. Merlin, instead of a benevolent sage, is a master manipulator, pulling strings from the shadows, his motives as inscrutable as his magic. Morgana Le Fay, meanwhile, is not just a sorceress but a terrifying force of nature, her dark power shaping events from the unseen corners of the land.
This is a story of betrayal, lust, and the struggle for power, a bloody saga played out amidst the ruins of a once great kingdom.
