The dance of the powerful and the powerless

This book, is so beautiful. What an incredible story. A fierce enchantress. Her mercy? Nowhere to be found. Flames of desire and pain aching in her suitors hearts. Power. Hunger. Denial. Flames of sensuality, sex, and heartbreak. Ooh how I loved listening to every etch of heartless wrath and seeren composure of a goddess too tall for any of her male companions. As these characters danced in the blood of manipulation and games brought upon the scene of both comfort ruthless power plays. This is truly why they say the world opens itself to those with brave hearts. Perhaps the only reason we enjoy the heartless plays of power and games is so we can truly see the tests of our character and the character of those we helplessly set our beliefs upon. Some woman are dangerous, and maybe, men like that. But surely not one who’s made it his priority to search the ends of the earth for a kindred heart. Not of power. Not of wealth or strong demands. But of a burning passion for truth. I’m honored to see the feminine energy as ruthless and cunning. Yet so desperate and hungry. She’s a man eater. All the more to find a man who tests her to her wits end. Knowing her reputation and power. Who was playing who? Was it out of desperation? Or true love? Both twisting themselves up upon each other’s necks like knives begging the other to give up. What a twisted passion. Perhaps angels and demons dwell in comfort of one another after all. This is a really good book. Incredible literature. This story really gives you a new compelling perspective rooted in some of the lowest tactics of human desire. Al brought me into his story, sat me down and worked me through his creation leaving me questioning the depths of pure manipulation and the soft underbelly of human nature. You gotta read it.
