Fast paced. Highly recommended
Great read The story line was well constructed and moved along at a ‘page turning’ pace. The characters, their emotions and personality were thoroughly explored bringing them to life. Beautifully written, Ross kept the pace going to the end. I downloaded Black Rain Falling on Audible and kindle so had the added pleasure of listening to Onwukwe’s narration. What a powerful and sensitive reader. I highly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys a good crime story. Waiting for the movie!

Ben Onwukwe breathes life, breadth, depth & often humour into the characters peopling this compelling crime novel, played out against a sumptuous landscape, beautifully painted in words by the poet Jacob Ross.
