I Love Black Beauty
Black Beauty has been a favorite book of mine since child hood and I have loved the movie as well. I plan on reading/listen to Black Beauty again and again!

Classic, Simply Beautiful
This classic tale is as beautiful as I remember. I still laughed, and cried. I felt the wisdom of the horse, and I enjoyed the pleasure of the simple things, just as I did as a child.

Very good narration
What did you love best about Black Beauty (AmazonClassics Edition)?
The pleasantness of Black Beauty's narrative voice - it was very pleasant to listen to.

Definitely Black Beauty.

There were times where I wanted to cry - since I haven't read the book or watched the film since childhood; this story brought out such compassion.

I'm definitely glad that I chose 'Black Beauty' as my first audio book - and that it was Simon Vance that narrated it; I have since heard really good things about this narrator.

Best book ever!
This book is truly a classic. It shows the cruelty we humans give these
poor animals. Also, the people Beauty works for who have common sense and kindness in their hearts always explain why they live the way they do to others based on the Bible. I would be very glad if you tried it.
The narrator has a wonderful accent.
