On the central and north coast of British Columbia, the Great Bear Rainforest is the largest intact temperate rainforest in the world, containing more organic matter than any other terrestrial ecosystem on the planet. The area plays host to a wide range of species, from thousand-year-old western cedars to humpback whales to iconic white Spirit bears. According to local residents, another giant is said to live in these woods.

Perfect bedtime stories
Each chapter is a different account which keeps you interested in the book. Sheehan does a great job narrating the stories and I highly recommend his podcast that he does with his brother if this book interests you. They have a great sense of humor.

Great source for information.
I own all the books in this series, they are a really excellent source for information on the various species of bigfoot. It seems to be that they come in several coat colors like you would expect in any animal population but the difference comes in with areas of the country in agression, eye color, and size.
