Wonderful story!

I loved this book and all of the ones before. The connection between Darron and Shannon is incredible and something I would love. I was surprised when Shannon’s ex, the father of her son ends up being killed by the evil that was trying to take over her son. I also am glad that all of her fellow hunters came at the end to stop demons as they attacked. The dark forces finally came to a screeching halt and Mardella was pushed away again. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves women in the main role and all of the evil creatures in the adventures.

Book 11

I have to say, I’m really enjoying this series. Every time I finish a book, I can’t wait to listen to the next; they are compulsive listening.

Each instrument is well written with characters who are well drawn, the story itself is imaginative and original, and I can’t wait to listen to the next book

The narration by Katie Hagaman is very good. She brings each character to to life and each emotion to the fore.

Uncontrolled Magic, Demon King Help

Shannon is once again unable to control her magic and as the chaos of Mardella continues to unfold, tragedy strikes that could negatively affect the hunters. Katie Hagaman perfectly projects these emotions throughout this audiobook. When closing my eyes it felt like I was experiencing every moment. I am eager for the next one.

This is a very detailed portion of the story.

This has less action, however, what action it does have is good. Not sure how translating it to audiobook seems to make the action stand out more, but it does. There's twists in this part of the story too so it is integral to the story line.

Betrayed by Magic (Midlife Demons and Demigods)

“Betrayed by Magic” is book eleven of this series. It is a paranormal romance mystery story with witches, demons and hybrid demons. The story is well written with an action and a very imitative story. Katie Hagaman does a wonderful job of narrating this book. I really enjoy being able to cook and clean while listening to the audiobook.
Tia Didmon and Victoria Crawford are excellent writers. I really enjoyed the action-packed story in both the book and the audiobook form. I highly recommend all the books in this series and strongly suggest you start with the first book “Destiny of Magic” and read/listen to them in order.

The battle against the dark witch

This is book 11 of Midlife Demons and Demigods and picks up where book 10 left off. The hunters must fight the Dark witch before she destroys their world. The story is full of action, suspense, betrayal and death. The author weaves a tale where the characters take on a life of their own. I cannot wait for the next book to see how the story progresses.
