This is a highly recommended book, especially for those that are in the Pathway searching to improve their spiritual gifts. All chapters are amaizing. This is my third Fredericks book I had listened, all are great. I didnt think it would had so many knolwege about lucid dreams and OBEs, I loved them. Now I’m going to start listening to “Increase your energy. Thanks Fred for sharing. GBY.

Another Wonderful book

This book like all of the others is packed full of insightful information that just cant be found anywhere else.

I was laughing a lot listening these past few days, because it was if it was written for me, for this exact moment in my life.

Good Listen

Lots of great information - He kind of lost me when he started telling me about the different planets he visits how he communicates telepathically with people before they attend his classes. Fun to listen to though.

enlightening and entertaining

I recommend this book to everyone. You will be hard pressed not to find something that addresses a commonality in your own life while listening. As as for most Metaphysical books and work with the self, it should be pondered and listened to again and again, in my opinion.

The best out there for your mental freedom

What can I say about Fred Dodson? Well, he’s changed my life in ways I am profoundly grateful for. I ask my higher self questions and get insightful answers, I disconnect from people energetically with ease, I’m having more patience with the longer things like manifesting over the course of weeks (can’t wait for week 2!!) the secret? JUST DO THE WORK. Literally, just do it! I struggled at first, had some ego blocks but thankfully I’m through all of that and enjoying Fred’s website to the fullest. He even helped me see one of the masks I wear (a frightened victim) and I cried it was so relieving and telling of who I’ve thought I needed to be. Thank you so much Fred, your work is a true gift. (And so are you)

Higher understanding.

This book helps you to clarify alot of concepts regarding the search for enlightenment, the non dual philosophy and then gives methods to discard them just as fast which is the ultimate goal. I absolutely love Fred's ability to convey difficult concepts in a clear and concise manner that yield results rather than confusion. This may be one of my favorites by this author which is saying alot.

Excellent book that will soothe your soul!

I absolutely loved listening to this book by Frederick Dodson. He combines high level spiritual and metaphysical concepts with grounded practices you do in everyday life. I’ve implement a few of the practices already and I feel much lighter and authentic to my higher self.

Also Thomas Miller crushes it again! I love his narration style.

A Diamond In The Rough

What a fantastic listen. I am always looking to improve, upgrade and evolve myself and this book does wonders in explaining in full detail how to do just that. Loved every minute of this book and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their knowledge of the self.

Amazing information packed listen

This book was packed full of useful information chapter after chapter after chapter was 1 million things that I could’ve used. I’m about to relist so that I can write it all down. I feel like this is a book that you could listen to over and over again, the techniques are amazing and helpful and I’m definitely incorporating this into my life and routine.
