Surprised but it did work
Had this recommended on a mums forum and I was fairly dubious, but gave it a go anyway and I was surprised. I did not use the story at night initially but my son was getting to that stage when he needed an afternoon nap but was refusing to go to sleep – this just mananged to help him flip that switch, calm down and got to sleep. So a thumbs up.
