this is an excellent book!!! even though it has been written for a specific group of occupations, the principals are good for anyone. this book will beautifully remind you to do better at anything you do! so why only 4 stars? I almost turned the book off after I heard him mention several times the occupations for which this book was written. I'm glad I didn't though!!!

It’s a tool, a guide, and very comprehensive, yet simple to understand. However, the book has many visual references. To complement this title, a PDF supplement would be helpful.
