Thought I knew his story, but hearing the details directly from him was really moving. So very inspiring for ANYONE trying to find their own path and speak their own truth.

this book is a good book to read about Kareem abdul jabbar , him being a catholic , having an islamic family by changing his name to kareem abdul jabbar , the part that made me sacred about the book was if people don't believe in jesus Christ they go to hell when they die . and I prayed to jesus that if its true that I will go to hell for not believing in him . I would recommend this book to if you want to learn about kareem's life

I loved Kareem's, audible book so much I sent a hard copy of his book to my Grandson a few months ago. My Grandson loved it too.

I hope some day my Grandson will be able to have his hard copy autographed by Kareem some day soon.

This is a great read. I was very thankful Kareem read the book. He had a passion for it. I’d recommend this books to anyone because it has genuine trials & triumphs .

love Kareem, narration could be more lively.

love Kareem, but narration sometimes flat, not enough variation in emotion. when his voice shows enthusiasm, rage, or love, he's fabulous.

The best bio book I’ve ever read!

A must read for anyone looking for a true idol and role model in their life. I truly appreciate the honesty and sincerely of the author in narrating his life’s wins, losses and wisdom. Great read!

a good listen to but Kareem could use a good narrator, to help with pacing.
