Excellent Listen!
This is the first book I've read/listened to by Harper Helton. It was excellent. She wrote well with a great storyline and likable characters. Erik and Olivia have a turbulent beginning. My heart squeezed several times throughout this book. It had a wonderful HEA. What a great listen. It was a storyline that reminded me of a Beauty and the Beast/Phantom of the Opera retelling, but yet her own. Loved it. I'm going into another book with a light heart and a smile on my face. I am definitely interested in more of her books.
Amanda Brown is an excellent narrator. At first I wasn't sure of her voice, but she had me spellbound. I did not want to pause the book. She is such a great performer. This story rolled in my head like a movie.
