Acerca de esta escucha

If you want your business or organization to run well, this leadership book, adapted from the Official Army Leadership Manual, is the book for you.

There are three keys to being a leader: be, know, do. Who a leader is (including values, such as loyalty and integrity), what a leader knows (about the world, about herself or himself), and what a leader does (actions) are all vitally important.

This is an interesting book. I enjoyed listening to it. I highly recommend this book.

Great

Excellent discussion of leadership development in the US Army and how this approach is equally relevant in the civilian sector. However....
Despite my preference for audio books to the physical (they make my long commute productive), if I had not been required to read this for a class deadline I would have gladly read the book instead of listen to this narrator read another word.

I have never been picky about this topic, and have found no issue with many books that reviewers had similar complaints about. I don't know about the narrator's other work, but this performance was atrocious. The pace was so ploddingly slow that I had to increase the speed to tolerate listening. Additionally, there must be half an hour's worth of unnatural and distracting pauses that do not coincide with the format of the text.

This book is easily a one-sitting read that would take about 4-5 hours to complete, but somehow draaaaaaaaaaags to 7 when read here.

Valuable content degraded by the narration
