Great Read for All Basketball Fans

I will admit, basketball is my son's sport far more than it is mine. However, even I learned some fun and fascinating statistics that I actually found interesting in learning. Now I am ready to surprise my son with my newfound knowledge and he will have no idea how I learned it!

I love basketball and this book!

As a basketball enthusiast, I've been seeking for anything simple to read/listen to that covers basketball analytics. I'm attempting to become a basketball coach and am utilizing as many resources as possible. This audiobook greatly aided my comprehension of basketball statistics and analytics as a novice!

More appreciation for the game

My significant other loves basketball. He gets so excited when he talks about the games and the players' stats. I played basketball in high school but I never really care much about watching the games. However, this audiobook helps me grow more appreciation for the game in an area that I never paid much attention to--stats and analytics. The examples provided along with the stats being discussed are helpful in understanding what the number might be telling us.

As a big fan of basketball, I have been looking for something easy to read/listen to that involves the analytics of basketball. I am working on becoming a basketball coach and am trying to utilize as many resources as I can. This audiobook certainly helped improve my understanding as a beginner to basketball stats and analytics!

Great listen

This audiobook has some great insight on basketball analytics and basketball stats. It also explains and talks about the difference between stats versus analytics and how it plays an important role. I learned a lot just by listening to this audiobook and it's very informational and educational as well.

Basketball 101

This was a user-friendly and quick lesson for those of us just starting off trying to understand and analyze basketball more. I’ve played basketball all my life recreationally. However that doesn’t really help you analyzing from a coaching or viewer perspective. Enjoyed this lesson. Again it was user-friendly for beginners. Also like how the chapters were broken down into the quarters.

WOW this is a audio with so much info. I learned so much from this book that I will be amazing my boys when we sit down to watch a game. I knew a bit about basketball but this will definitely put me over the top in-game knowledge.

Great book for a noob like me

To be honest I’m not a fan of Basketball. I’m buying the book just wanted to know how to watch a basketball game like a pro. My colleagues all have been watching and discussing about basketball game and I always a bit lost with them. So I take the initiative to learn. I learnt a lot about how the field works, basic positions, how the ball is moved throughout the game and most importantly on tips how to watch basketball like a pro. It's a great book for any fan of Basketball and for coaches as well. Highly recommend

Anamazing inside to the game of basketball

If you love basketball, this is the book for you! It doesn't matter if you are new to basketball, or an avid fan, a player or a coach, this book will increase your knowledge of basketball, and help you enjoy the game. I've always considered myself fairly knowledgeable about basketball, from the time I started playing on a team, but now with the knowledge and understanding of the stats, it all makes more sense now. This is the perfect gift for any basketball lover!
