A Wonderful Read
When you contemplate the luxury of an afternoon on your favorite couch on a rainy day , reach for David Rosenfelt and Grover Gardner . They are a perfect match. Too many people
There were so many characters in this book it was difficult to know what was going on. The plot wasn’t revealed until the last five minutes. But I love this series so I stuck with it!

Cannot put it down
great book like all his books are. You are going to love this book just like all of his other books. You don't need to read them in order but I do suggest it so you understand certain situations. Have fun reading of listening on audible or reading and listening like I do. Hope you like it as much as I do. I cannot get enough of his books. Now into the next one, oh shoot the next one comes out in late 2019.

Boom! Another great book!
I discovered the Andy Carpenter series after I read Heart of a Killer. I like the book so much I wanted to find out what else this author had written. From the the first book I read in the series I was hooked. I tore thru each book after that and just when I thought things couldn't get any better I found Grover Gardner and the voice for Andy and company. I own each audio book and when a fellow audio book lover is looking for a good book I always recommend this series.
Grover brings to life these characters created by David Rosenfelt. I have enjoyed listening to each book and following the growth of each person and their relationships. What I especially like about the books is that David can tell a story without profanity and the reluctant hero is really not that brave at all. He has people for that. I already have the next book on my wish list and I know I will be putting any and all work aside so I can listen uninterrupted to the next Andy Carpenter adventure.
These books are a must have.

Another great Andy Carpenter story!
This book like all the Andy Carpenter stories was humorous and light but with a good legal and investigative story line.
Grover Gardner is simply the best!

"Lori had Marcus watch out for me. I know this for two reasons. One, whenever I am in a dangerous situation Lori always has Marcus watch out for me. And two, Lori just told me 'I'm gonna have Marcus look out for you.'"
This is my first book by this author and this narrator. I will definitely seek out more from both men.

Another winner
