Pretty good

After reading review, I decided to give it a try. This story was pretty good. The narrator was new to me and he did a good job portraying different voices. The author and narrator are new to me and I will look more from them. I highly recommend!

More jerk than bad boy

The title of this book is a bit deceiving as the billionaire, Mark, was more of a jerk than a bad boy. At times Tara had more balls than he did! For most of the story, Mark is simply using Tara as a means to get him back into the poker scene, and his simple disregard for Tara’s life and feelings just didn’t lend to any chemistry between them. I really could not connect with these characters. The premise of the story was promising, but I think there needed to more romance and definitely more action. The narration by Guillaume Dubois was good, although when it got to the dialogue parts, I found myself getting lost a bit with distinguishing between characters (Tara and Buffy).

Great listen

This is the first Audio book I've listened to by Natasha Stories, but I've read all of her books on kindle. A classic "billionaire relentlessly pursuing the woman he desires" storyline that I somehow always love.

Casinos, badboys, sexy

This was an easy listen that could have been better. I felt like it never quite hit a home run, too much poker playing and not enough on story. I could have done with some more distinction between the male and female voices. I got lost multiple times on who was speaking

Love It!!!!!

I absolutely enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It’s really good from start to finish. There a lot of times that Mark pissed me off. I love Tara. Overall I Love Mark and Tara together even though at times they kept giving me whiplash. A must read or listen!!

Very good!

I enjoyed this story. I'm not a poker player so I didn't understand some of the poker jargon. But it did keep my interest. I thought it wouldn't end happily but it did!

Great Listen🎧 Tara💘Mark! A High Stakes Romance!

This is an enjoyable, well written and well told story. The storylines Natasha Stories created are original and captivating from start to end. Her characters are realistic and well developed. I really liked the lead female Tara, she was her own person with her own agenda. That was until Mark comes into her life, who had his own agenda and recruited her to help him. She develops feelings for him but he knows a longterm relationship is not in their future. He keeps his secrets from her and tells himself it is for her own good. But sometimes things don’t always go as planned. I highly recommend this fast paced story, it is entertaining and contains drama & some hot romance. Thank you for this great story.

I listened to the Audible edition, Guillaume Dubois is a terrific narrator and voice performer. He brings the characters to life, gives them personality and attitude. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thanks for another great listen🎧

This audio is a billion worth a listen

This is my first listen from the author . It’s worth a credit . The author wrote a great story that both the hero and heroine are strong together and the strength grows the more time they spend together. It seems they were meant for each other .

Tara is a great lead heroine. She’s strong and independent until Mark comes into her life . Tara loves to gamble, she’s an expert card player . Mark is the casino owner Mark has a purpose in his life , he’s trying to find things out If Tara is really cheating . Mark has to keep it under wraps until things get more interesting. Is Tara cheating. Grab it and find out .

Guillaume performance was great. First time I heard him . His tone for the characters were perfect. Strong and clear

Poker and love

If you like poker and love stories this is for you. Well written the narrator is very good. overall the book is good.

GOOD READ!

I liked it! The narration was great and kept me entertained. This author does a good job with the characters and plot. This was my first book by this author but definitely not my last. I look forward to reading more books by this author. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
