Courtney Kelly: Childcare and Building

In this episode of BuildHERS Club, we speak with Courtney Kelly, a licensed Professional Engineer, adjunct professor, and children’s book author with four degrees and a passion for shaping the future of construction. Raised in New Orleans and inspired by the impact of Hurricane Katrina, Courtney brings a powerful perspective to the industry. We talk about her mission to inspire young women through her books, Celeste Saves the City and Celeste Tunnels Underground, and how she uses storytelling to make engineering accessible and empowering.
